Friendly staff made check-in easy.

Even during winter, the room felt excessively warm, and the air conditioning didn't adequately cool it down. The street noise from nearby karaoke events was also disruptive.

In the heart of the city, very convenient

Its location near Healing Touch was great and unbeatable.

Amazing view meets cozy comfort

Waking up to a fine ocean view was the highlight of my stay. The well-appointed room was perfect for relaxation, and the staff's friendliness made a difference. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach.

The entrance to the hotel was quite misleading, as it blends in with nearby parking areas. Finding parking can be a hassle, and the lack of on-site dining options is a downside.

Best location! Easy access.

The location in a coastal area was prime and best possible and there were shopping streets and a night market nearby. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Haeundae tube station.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a king size bed, an oversize bathroom plus good view as expected. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided. Location: the hotel was very close to many eateries.

Staying at Ms Hotel Haeundae was a mixed bag. The location across from Haeundae Beach couldn't be better. I loved being able to walk to various restaurants and bars easily. My room had a fine ocean view with floor-to-ceiling windows. It was spacious, modern, and very clean. The window view was slightly misleading. It wasn't as large as the pictures suggested. There was also a faint cigarette smell in the first room I checked into, but the receptionist was helpful in offering a room change, even though the manager didn't approve it, leading me to check out early for a refund. The bathroom could definitely use improvements too. The shower area caused the entire floor to get wet since the drainage wasn't quick enough, and I noted some dusty surfaces around light switches and other spots. The street noise from nearby bars was disruptive, particularly late at night. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the staff made a big difference.

Loved our room, it was well-appointed and large with a microwave, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment. Bidet in the open bathroom was a plus.

The views from our Beautiful Twin Room with Ocean View on the tenth floor were amazing! The room was spacious and modern. Sadly, we faced some cleanliness issues like dusty surfaces 😔

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use a breakfast option on-site.

It was great to have friendly staff who helped me find my way around the city. I liked being able to enjoy local cuisine at nearby restaurants. The room was clean. I appreciated the easy access to public transportation.

Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and air conditioning. The staff once helped me with heavy baggage, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for a great city break!

The prime spot next to the beach makes this hotel a gem. I enjoyed an upgrade to an ocean view room, spacious and clean as new, complete with Shower Gel and Swiss cheese amenities. Hearing the ocean waves while relaxing in my room was a special touch. There were some minor issues, the Wi-Fi signal fluctuated, the street noise was noticeable, and breakfast was not available on-site. These elements did slightly detract from an otherwise good experience.
